Passing Ministerial E-Courses to Enhance Academic and Technical Skills

A lecturer from the Department of Computer Engineering Technologies at the Engineering Technical College at Al-Mustaqbal University, the leading private university in Iraq, successfully completed a number of ministerial training courses conducted through the Eduba educational platform under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. These courses were organized as part of the Ministry’s efforts to develop the capabilities of academic staff and keep pace with modern teaching methods and digital technologies. The courses aimed to enhance the academic and technical skills of university lecturers, improve their competencies in line with the requirements of the modern educational environment and digital transformation in higher education, and support continuous professional development to improve academic and educational performance. This participation reflects the vision of the Engineering Technical College in supporting its teaching staff and empowering them academically and technically, contributing to the preparation of qualified academic cadres capable of keeping pace with rapid technological advancements and meeting the demands of the contemporary labor market. This achievement also demonstrates Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment, as the leading private university in Iraq, to enhancing the quality of education and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, through investing in human capacity development and advancing the scientific and technical capabilities of its academic staff.
