Al-Mustaqbal University continues to strengthen its position in global research indicators, ranking first among Iraqi public and private universities in the number of publications in high-impact Q1 journals, with 1,560 research papers published during 2020–2025, according to the latest data from InCites – Web of Science (Clarivate). The University also ranked third in Iraq and first among private universities and colleges in the number of publications in Q2 journals, with 1,177 research papers. In addition, it achieved third place nationally and first among private universities in the indicator of research papers ranked among the Top 10% most influential research worldwide, with 620 papers. These achievements reflect the quality of the University’s research output and its continued commitment to supporting researchers and promoting publication in reputable international journals, further strengthening its academic and research presence locally and globally.
