The Engineering Technical College organized a training course entitled “Annual Job Performance Evaluation: Standards and Procedures” on Monday, September 28, 2026, in the lecture hall of the Engineering Building, with the participation of quality assurance officers and members from all departments of the college. The course provided a detailed explanation of the standards and procedures for annual job performance evaluation, focusing on the key criteria used to evaluate the performance of teaching and administrative staff. It also addressed the mechanisms for calculating and documenting evaluation components, in addition to explaining the evaluation requirements in accordance with the Bologna Process. The course aimed to unify the understanding and procedures related to annual job performance evaluation, strengthen the role of quality assurance officers in accurately and effectively applying evaluation standards, and support continuous improvement in academic and administrative performance. The activity contributes to Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by developing professional capacities and improving performance quality within the educational institution. It also reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to quality and continuous institutional development.
