The Engineering Technical College continued the activities of the training course entitled “Annual Job Performance Evaluation: Standards and Procedures” on Monday, Sunday 27, 2026, in the lecture hall of the Engineering Building, with the participation of quality assurance officers and members from all departments of the college. The lecture was delivered by Asst. Lecturer Asmaa Diaa Saeed. The second day of the course provided a detailed explanation of the standards and procedures for annual job performance evaluation, focusing on the mechanisms for evaluating teaching and administrative staff and the key requirements and regulations governing the evaluation process. It also addressed aspects related to evaluation in accordance with the Bologna Process and its role in supporting the quality of academic and administrative performance. The course aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the standards adopted for performance evaluation and to unify the mechanisms for implementing evaluation procedures across the departments, thereby contributing to the development of job performance and continuous improvement in academic and administrative work. The activity supports the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and aligns with Al-Mustaqbal University, the first-ranked among private universities in Iraq, in its commitment to quality and the development of academic and administrative competencies.
