An Artificial Intelligence Literacy Training Course

Under the Patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi The activities of the AI Literacy Program organized by the Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University continue, as the second week of the Foundation Level lectures commenced for Groups Three and Four. The program aims to enhance the AI knowledge and practical skills of the university staff through comprehensive training in artificial intelligence applications and technologies. At the beginning of the sessions, the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Professor Dr. Wael Jabbar Abdul-Nadawi, welcomed the trainees and emphasized the importance of making the most of the training program, describing it as a fundamental step toward developing digital competencies and keeping pace with the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence. He also reviewed the course schedule, outlined its educational and training objectives, and explained the key instructions and guidelines that participants are expected to follow throughout the program to ensure the best learning outcomes and strengthen their practical and professional skills. These courses are part of the Continuing Education Center's strategic plan to qualify and develop the university's academic and administrative staff while promoting the effective and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies across various academic and administrative fields. Completion of the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Program – Beginner Level (A1)

The Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University has successfully concluded the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Course – Level One (A1) for the first cohort of trainees. The course was organized as part of the university’s summer training and professional development plan for its staff, under the generous patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the direct supervision of the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Professor Dr. Wael Jabbar Abdul-Nadawi. The course lasted for one full week, comprising five training days, and included a range of theoretical topics and practical applications in the field of artificial intelligence. It was delivered through a blended learning approach that combined face-to-face and online training, with the aim of equipping participants with fundamental knowledge and essential skills in this vital field. At the conclusion of the course, participants shared their feedback and observations through training program evaluation forms, which reflected a high level of satisfaction with both the course content and its delivery methods. Dates were also scheduled for participants to enroll in the next training level within the integrated AI Literacy Program implemented by the Center. Visit of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University to the Continuing Education Center

During the visit, he held a meeting with the center’s staff and its Director, Mr. Wael Jabbar Abdul-Nidawi, to discuss the current training courses, development programs, and ways to enhance their role in serving the community and improving the skills of students and employees. Dr. Hassan emphasized the importance of continuously developing training programs and expanding scientific and professional activities in line with labor market requirements and modern developments. Launch of the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Training Program at Al-Mustaqbal University

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Wael Jabbar Abed Al-Nidawi, Director of the Continuing Education Center, the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Training Program has officially commenced. The program is organized by the Continuing Education Center and will be delivered on a weekly basis throughout the summer vacation period. This initiative reflects the University’s commitment to enhancing digital competencies and promoting the effective and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence technologies among its academic staff, employees, and students. The program adopts a structured six-level framework designed to accommodate participants with varying levels of AI knowledge and experience. The training levels are as follows: AI Awareness Course (A1) AI Basic User Course (A2) AI Intermediate User Course (B1) AI Advanced User Course (B2) AI Professional User Course (C1) AI Expert User Course (C2) Participants are assigned to the appropriate level through a pre-course assessment that evaluates their existing AI knowledge and practical competencies. This approach ensures a personalized learning pathway and maximizes the effectiveness of the training experience. The program aims to equip participants with the essential knowledge, practical skills, and ethical awareness required to utilize AI technologies effectively in education, research, administration, and professional practice. College of Dentistry Delegation Visits Continuing Education Center to Discuss Summer Program Plan

The Continuing Education Center received a delegation from the College of Dentistry to present and discuss the plan for the upcoming summer program, as well as to explore opportunities for joint collaboration between both sides. During the visit, both parties discussed the implementation of several training courses and development programs throughout the summer break, aiming to enhance students’ scientific and practical skills and expand their applied experience. Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation between the college and the center in order to support the educational process and improve academic and professional training outcomes.

The Continuing Education Center Witnesses the of Technological Gardens, Open Lab, and the Scientific Products Marketing Division

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Continuing Education Center – Al-Qadiya Building witnessed the inauguration of the Technological Gardens, Open Lab, and the Scientific Products Marketing Division on Saturday, May 23, 2026, in the presence of a number of academics, researchers, and students. This initiative comes as part of the university’s efforts to support innovation, scientific creativity, and modern educational environments by providing advanced training and practical spaces that contribute to developing students’ skills and connecting academic knowledge with labor market needs. The event also marked the launch of the “Al-Mustaqbal Scientific Products Exhibition,” organized by the Scientific Products Marketing Division, aiming to support research projects, student innovations, and the promotion of scientific outputs across the university’s colleges.
