The Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University held an organizational meeting on Saturday, May 9, 2026, attended by members of the administrative units and divisions, to discuss mechanisms for developing administrative and organizational work and approving the Center’s organizational structure in line with work requirements and future development plans.
The meeting emphasized the importance of strengthening institutional work and organizing responsibilities among the administrative units and divisions in a way that enhances performance efficiency and ensures smooth implementation of training programs and scientific activities.
The meeting also reviewed the tasks of the Administrative and Financial Unit, which include organizing administrative and financial work, following up on official correspondence and administrative documents, managing revenues and expenditures, preparing financial and administrative reports, as well as following up on staff affairs and organizing records.
In addition, the responsibilities of the Training Division were discussed, including preparing annual training plans, proposing suitable training courses, organizing scientific and developmental workshops and seminars, following up on the implementation of training programs, and developing the skills of staff members and students.
The meeting further addressed the duties of the Development, Accreditation, and Quality Division, which include monitoring the quality of educational and training programs, supervising developmental activities, introducing modern programs, overseeing e-learning programs, following up on quality and accreditation standards, and supporting self-generated resources related to training programs.
The tasks of the Digital Transformation and Performance Evaluation Division were also reviewed, including evaluating institutional performance, supporting digital transformation within the institution, implementing KPI standards for performance measurement, developing electronic systems and automating procedures, in addition to preparing performance reports and recommendations.
At the conclusion of the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of teamwork and the continuous development of administrative and organizational performance in order to achieve the goals of the Continuing Education Center and serve both the university and the community.
