Launch of the summer training program for students of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University

Under the generous patronage of Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the supervision of Professor Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Scientific and Academic Supervisor, and Assistant Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, Dean of the College of Engineering, the summer training program for students of the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies was launched today. This program aims to enhance students' practical skills and practical knowledge in preparation for the demands of the labor market. The program launch was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Reda Abdel-Ati Al-Fishawy, Director of the Continuing Education Center; Dr. Samir Ibrahim Badarawi, Director of Cultural Relations; and Mr. Abdul Ali Dakhel Jassim, Assistant Director of the Center. Professor Nidal Khadir Al-Abbadi, Director of the Artificial Intelligence Applications Center, is supervising the scientific training. This year's program includes an advanced focus on artificial intelligence applications in engineering fields, with the goal of providing students with practical knowledge of the latest digital technologies used in engineering design and analysis. This approach aligns with the university's vision of enabling students to keep pace with global technological developments and motivating them to innovate and create in the use of artificial intelligence tools within their academic specializations. Al-Mustaqbal University is ranked first among private universities.

The Center for Continuing Education celebrates Baghdad's selection as the Arab Tourism Capital for 2025.

Under the patronage of Professor Hassan Shaker Magdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Center for Continuing Education organized a distinguished cultural symposium entitled: "Baghdad, Capital of Arab Tourism 2025: A Renewed History." This symposium was held in cooperation with the College of Arts and Humanities and the College of Fine Arts, and was attended by a select group of academics and those interested in cultural and tourism affairs. At the beginning of the symposium, Assistant Professor Dr. Reda Abdel-Ati Al-Fishawi, Director of the Center for Continuing Education, emphasized the importance of this occasion in strengthening Baghdad's cultural role. He pointed out that the center seeks, through this event, to highlight the capital's tourism and cultural assets and highlight its rich heritage, which merits this prestigious title based on strict criteria set by the Arab Tourism Organization. This reflects the Iraqi capital's worthiness of this prestigious title. The lecture was delivered by: Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Attia Al-Saadi, Assistant Dean of the College of Fine Arts Dr. Fawzia Mahdi Al-Maliki, Head of the Department of Archaeology, College of Arts and Humanities The lecture covered the following topics: Baghdad in the Eyes of Poets: A review of the image of Baghdad in Arabic poetry throughout the ages, and how it was a beacon of creativity and a center of civilization. The Baghdad School of Islamic Painting: A reading of Baghdad's contributions during the Golden Age of Islamic Arts, and its pioneering role in shaping the features of Islamic art. The symposium also included an artistic display of a collection of Baghdadi paintings, which depicted daily life, heritage symbols, and the charm of Baghdad throughout its various historical eras. Increasing student turnout for the national exam at the Continuing Education Center/Al-Mustaqbal University as the deadline for graduate studies approaches The Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal is witnessing an increasing number of students wishing to take the national exam, coinciding with the approaching deadline for graduate studies. This activity is taking place amidst a distinguished organizational atmosphere and the direct supervision of the Center Director, Assistant Professor Dr. Reda Abdel-Ati El-Fishawy. This turnout comes as students strive to fulfill admission requirements for graduate programs. Passing the national exam is a prerequisite for admission to many academic disciplines. The Center continues to receive students daily according to an organized schedule, ensuring accuracy in performance and adherence to the academic standards approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. A number of students expressed their gratitude to the Center's management for the excellent organization and cooperation, emphasizing that the exam took place at the Center smoothly and accurately, reflecting the level of effort exerted by its administrators. Imperial English Test UK

Under the patronage of Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy, President of Future University, the Continuing Education Center organized the Imperial English Test UK. The test targeted medical students, aiming to develop their language skills and prepare them for the English-language nature of their studies. Participants in this test receive an internationally accredited certificate from the British Council, in addition to a certificate from the university's Continuing Education Center, enhancing their future academic and professional opportunities. The test was conducted in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Reda Abdel-Ati Al-Fishawy, Director of the Continuing Education Center, and Mr. Mohamed Abdel-Amir, the Center’s Programmer.

As part of its globalization drive, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University receives the President of Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

As part of academic openness and strengthening international partnerships, Al-Mustaqbal University President Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy received a high-level delegation from Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, headed by Professor Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, and accompanied by Professor Tarek Mustafa Ghulush, Academic Assistant to the President. The reception ceremony was attended by the University President, a number of University Council members, deans, and heads of academic and administrative departments. After a short break, a joint meeting was held between the two sides. The meeting began with a welcoming speech delivered by Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, in which he expressed his happiness with this academic visit, which embodies the depth of the historical and fraternal relations between Iraq and Egypt. He noted that this visit represents an important step towards activating the provisions of the previously signed agreement between the two universities, which covers various areas of common interest in higher education and scientific research. For his part, Professor Sherif Youssef Khater expressed his thanks and appreciation to Future University for the generous hospitality and warm welcome, emphasizing Mansoura University's readiness to activate the frameworks of joint cooperation and expand the scope of academic partnership between the two sides. The meeting agenda included a documentary film introducing Mansoura University, along with a presentation of the most prominent scientific milestones and achievements of Al-Mustaqbal University. The two sides also discussed several important topics, including: • Mechanisms for activating the memoranda of understanding signed between the two universities. • Proposals for hosting quality graduate programs at Mansoura University. • Vocational training and capacity building programs in partnership with the Center for Continuing Education at Future University. • Cooperation between peer research centers and the exchange of expertise in the areas of quality, institutional and program accreditation. • Cooperation in the areas of international rankings, academic reputation, and participation in the editorial boards of scientific journals. • Joint work to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. At the conclusion of the meeting, a number of important decisions were made regarding the topics discussed, ensuring the achievement of common goals and opening new horizons for scientific cooperation between the two universities.

The President of Mansoura University announces the provision of free training opportunities for students of Al-Mustaqbal University in Iraq during the summer vacation.

As part of strengthening scientific and cultural cooperation between Egypt and Iraq, Professor Sherif Khater, President of Mansoura University in Egypt, announced during his visit to Al-Mustaqbal University in Iraq that the program will provide free two-week training opportunities for Al-Mustaqbal University students during the summer vacation. The details of the training program include: Free accommodation and housing at the Mansoura University campus in Egypt for two weeks during the summer vacation. This program includes students from the medical faculties (medicine, dentistry, pharmacy), students from the faculties of engineering, science, and physical education, and students from other disciplines who wish to visit Egypt and learn about the latest scientific programs. Key Features of the Program: They will receive completely free training opportunities and will have the opportunity to learn about the educational and research system at Mansoura University. They will also be informed about scientific and technical developments in various disciplines. In his first visit to Iraq, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University receives his counterpart, the President of Mansoura University, to strengthen academic cooperation between the two sides.

Professor Hassan Shaker Magdy, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, received in his office a high-level academic delegation from Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The delegation was headed by Professor Sherif Youssef Khater, President of the University, and accompanied by Professor Tarek Mostafa Ghaloush, Scientific Assistant to the President of Mansoura University, to enhance academic cooperation between the two sides. Following the official reception, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University took the visiting delegation on an extensive field tour of several vital facilities on campus. They were briefed on the university's most important initiatives to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. They were also introduced to the model infrastructure implemented according to the latest international specifications, ensuring it is both smart and sustainable. The tour included a visit to several modern classrooms designed to accommodate various styles of contemporary education, as well as advanced science laboratories equipped with the best international sources.
