The Quality Assurance and University Performance Department participated in the consultative meeting organized by the Office of Scientific and Academic Supervision at Al-Mustaqbal University, chaired by Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi and attended by directors of academic departments and research centers, to discuss scientific and academic plans for the upcoming phase. The meeting addressed several key topics, including the advancement of digital transformation and artificial intelligence initiatives, the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship, and the follow-up of operational plans across academic and research units, all aimed at enhancing institutional performance and supporting the University’s strategic objectives. University Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Department Participates in Meeting to Activate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center and Promote a Culture of Creativity

The Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Department participated in an expanded meeting held at Al-Mustaqbal University’s Office of Scientific and Academic Supervision to discuss mechanisms for activating the recently established Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center. The center was launched under the initiative of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, with the aim of fostering a culture of innovation and transforming creative ideas into projects with economic and societal impact. The meeting was chaired by Professor Dr. Mudhafar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, and attended by a number of department directors and stakeholders. Discussions focused on the center’s vision, objectives, and implementation plans aimed at nurturing entrepreneurial ideas and projects, developing students’ innovation and entrepreneurship skills, and strengthening collaboration with public and private sector institutions. Participants also explored ways to utilize artificial intelligence applications to enhance the center’s activities, support student-led projects, and improve training programs, in line with the university’s digital transformation strategy and its commitment to advancing innovation-driven outcomes. Al-Mustaqbal University received a high-level academic delegation from Mansoura University as part of ongoing efforts to enhance joint scientific and academic cooperation between the two institutions. Al-Mustaqbal University Continues Hosting Field Visits of Programmatic Accreditation Committees on Sunday, 3 May 2026

As part of the academic and programmatic accreditation procedures, the specialized accreditation committees continued their field visits to Al-Mustaqbal University. The visits included the College of Dentistry, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and the College of Health and Medical Technologies (Department of Anesthesia Technologies), with the aim of evaluating the extent to which academic standards and quality requirements are being fulfilled. The visits included reviewing accreditation files and auditing documents related to educational and administrative standards, in addition to conducting field tours of classrooms, scientific laboratories, teaching clinics, and service facilities. The committees also held direct meetings with faculty members and students to discuss curricula, teaching methodologies, assessment mechanisms, and the educational services provided. The university reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to supporting the programmatic accreditation process and providing an appropriate educational environment that contributes to enhancing the quality of education and achieving academic accreditation standards

Al-Mustaqbal University Receives Ministerial Committees for Programmatic Accreditation

On the morning of Sunday, 3 May 2026, Al-Mustaqbal University welcomed the ministerial committees specialized in programmatic accreditation as part of official visits aimed at reviewing the accreditation procedures of several academic units within the university. The visit included the College of Dentistry, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and the College of Health and Medical Technologies (Department of Anesthesia Technologies). The committees were received by the University President, the Vice Presidents for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, the Director of Scientific Supervision, the Deans of the concerned colleges, as well as the Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department and the Accreditation Division Officer. During the meeting, the guests were warmly welcomed and introduced to the university and its achievements at both local and international levels. The university also reaffirmed its commitment to implementing quality assurance and academic accreditation standards, while emphasizing its dedication to providing the academic, administrative, and technical requirements necessary for the continuous development of educational programs and the achievement of intended learning outcomes. Following the reception ceremony, the ministerial committees commenced their fieldwork by visiting the colleges and departments included in the accreditation process. The visits focused on reviewing programmatic accreditation files, auditing documents related to academic and institutional standards, and assessing the readiness of the educational environment, infrastructure, laboratories, and classrooms in accordance with accreditation requirements and the quality standards adopted by higher education institutions
