Al-Mustaqbal University Strengthens International Academic Cooperation with Mansoura University

Al-Mustaqbal University received a high-level academic delegation from Mansoura University as part of ongoing efforts to enhance joint scientific and academic cooperation between the two institutions. The visit included a meeting with postgraduate students hosted at the university, during which both sides emphasized the success of their joint academic programs, particularly the Master’s Program in Law, while also announcing the upcoming launch of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Al-Mustaqbal University Continues Hosting Field Visits of Programmatic Accreditation Committees on Sunday, 3 May 2026

As part of the academic and programmatic accreditation procedures, the specialized accreditation committees continued their field visits to Al-Mustaqbal University. The visits included the College of Dentistry, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and the College of Health and Medical Technologies (Department of Anesthesia Technologies), with the aim of evaluating the extent to which academic standards and quality requirements are being fulfilled. The visits included reviewing accreditation files and auditing documents related to educational and administrative standards, in addition to conducting field tours of classrooms, scientific laboratories, teaching clinics, and service facilities. The committees also held direct meetings with faculty members and students to discuss curricula, teaching methodologies, assessment mechanisms, and the educational services provided. The university reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to supporting the programmatic accreditation process and providing an appropriate educational environment that contributes to enhancing the quality of education and achieving academic accreditation standards

The Department of Quality Assurance Holds a Meeting with the Information Technology Division to Enhance Website Quality

The Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at Al-Mustaqbal University held a meeting with the Information Technology Division to discuss improving the quality of the university’s website in line with institutional accreditation requirements and digital transformation standards. The meeting included discussions on mechanisms for enhancing electronic content, updating data, and improving user experience, in addition to monitoring the website’s performance indicators to ensure the efficiency of electronic services and support the university’s digital presence locally and internationally. Both sides emphasized the importance of integrating technical aspects with institutional quality standards in a way that contributes to achieving the university’s goals of excellence and sustainable digital transformation

Al-Mustaqbal University Receives Ministerial Committees for Programmatic Accreditation

On the morning of Sunday, 3 May 2026, Al-Mustaqbal University welcomed the ministerial committees specialized in programmatic accreditation as part of official visits aimed at reviewing the accreditation procedures of several academic units within the university. The visit included the College of Dentistry, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and the College of Health and Medical Technologies (Department of Anesthesia Technologies). The committees were received by the University President, the Vice Presidents for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, the Director of Scientific Supervision, the Deans of the concerned colleges, as well as the Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department and the Accreditation Division Officer. During the meeting, the guests were warmly welcomed and introduced to the university and its achievements at both local and international levels. The university also reaffirmed its commitment to implementing quality assurance and academic accreditation standards, while emphasizing its dedication to providing the academic, administrative, and technical requirements necessary for the continuous development of educational programs and the achievement of intended learning outcomes. Following the reception ceremony, the ministerial committees commenced their fieldwork by visiting the colleges and departments included in the accreditation process. The visits focused on reviewing programmatic accreditation files, auditing documents related to academic and institutional standards, and assessing the readiness of the educational environment, infrastructure, laboratories, and classrooms in accordance with accreditation requirements and the quality standards adopted by higher education institutions

Director of Quality Assurance at Al-Mustaqbal University Chairs National Evaluation Team for English Program Accreditation

Dr. Riyadh Hamed Salman, Director of Quality Assurance at Al-Mustaqbal University, chaired a national evaluation team under the Iraqi Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education during its visit to Al-Noor University in Nineveh, supervised by the Ministry of Higher Education. The visit aimed to assess the English Language program at the College of Education for programmatic accreditation through a comprehensive review of academic and administrative performance, including site inspections, document verification, and official meetings with university leadership.

As part of intensive preparations for the upcoming ministerial visit, the Institutional Accreditation Officer, accompanied by the Standard One Officer, continued their field visits. The visits included the Colleges of Law and Administrative Sciences to assess their readiness and compliance with institutional accreditation requirements. The tour emphasized the importance of addressing any shortcomings and rectifying any issues to enhance the colleges' preparedness and achieve the best possible results during the upcoming ministerial visit

Field visits to enhance the quality of documentation and follow up on compliance with institutional accreditation requirements in university colleges

Continuing the institutional accreditation audit tours, the Institutional Accreditation Officer, accompanied by the Standard 1 Officer, visited the Faculties of Arts and Fine Arts today. This visit was part of the ongoing audits required for institutional accreditation. The purpose of the visit was to review the required documentation and verify the evidence related to the approved standards. The visit included an examination of the mechanisms for organizing and storing documents, ensuring the adequacy of the submitted evidence and its compliance with Standard 1 requirements, as well as discussing key observations with representatives from both faculties and proposing recommendations to enhance their readiness and achieve the quality and accreditation standards.
