Conclusion of the “Attractive and Influential Personal Charisma” Course at Al-Mustaqbal University

The Employment, Qualification, and Follow-up Division at the Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University concluded the training course titled “Attractive and Influential Personal Charisma,” which was held over five consecutive days with wide participation from students, graduates, and individuals interested in self-development and human capacity building The course was held under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, in cooperation with the Human Development Trainers Syndicate – Diyala Branch, Al-Riwaq Foundation for Sustainable Development and Education – Diyala Branch, and Bath International Academy – Diyala Branch The program included several scientific and practical modules focusing on building an influential personality, effective communication skills, enhancing self-confidence, leadership presence, and mechanisms of positive influence on others. It also involved training activities and practical applications aimed at developing participants’ personal and leadership skills. At the conclusion of the course, participants expressed their appreciation to Al-Mustaqbal University and its partner organizations for providing distinguished training content that combined both theoretical and practical aspects, emphasizing the importance of continuing such training programs to develop students’ and graduates’ capabilities and prepare them for the requirements of the modern labor market

Al-Mustaqbal University enhanced the skills of students and graduates in building an influential personality on Tuesday, 5/5/2026, with the launch of the first day of the workshop titled “Attractive and Influential Personal Charisma.” The workshop was held at 9:00 PM via Google Meet, organized by the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the University Presidency The workshop aimed to develop effective communication skills and boost participants’ self-confidence, as well as empower them to understand the concept of charisma, its roots, and its impact on building leadership presence and positive influence on others The first day witnessed the attendance of Prof. Dr. Iman Abdul Aziz, Director of the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division, along with the participation of a number of students and graduates interested in self-development. The program included discussions on key topics related to charisma, with notable interaction from the attendees
