The College of Dentistry at Al-Mustaqbal University held an awareness workshop for its students on summer training, aiming to highlight the importance of practical training in enhancing their scientific knowledge and developing their professional skills. The workshop also sought to prepare students for the requirements of working in healthcare institutions and improve their ability to deal with clinical cases and practical applications within their field of specialization. The workshop addressed the importance of summer training in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, equipping students with the experience necessary to work in real professional environments. It also highlighted training procedures, requirements, and the role of practical training in developing students’ abilities and ensuring they make the most of the available training opportunities. In this context, the Measurement and Evaluation Unit plays an important role in monitoring the quality of educational outcomes by assessing the achievement of educational and training objectives and utilizing students’ feedback and observations regarding their training experiences. This contributes to identifying strengths and areas for improvement and enhancing training programs in line with students’ needs and labor market requirements. This workshop is part of the College of Dentistry’s ongoing efforts at Al-Mustaqbal University to enhance the quality of education and practical training, develop students’ skills, and prepare qualified healthcare professionals capable of keeping pace with scientific and professional advancements in the field of dentistry.
