In a historic academic achievement, Al-Mustaqbal University has officially entered the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2027 (THE WUR) for the first time, securing top national positions: 1st Place among all private universities and colleges in Iraq. 2nd Place nationally (outside the Kurdistan Region). 4th Place overall among all public and private Iraqi universities, ranked within the (1201–1400) global tier out of 2,297 institutions worldwide. The university demonstrated remarkable excellence across key evaluation pillars: ▪️ 2nd in Iraq for International Outlook. ▪️ 5th in Iraq for Research Environment. ▪️ 6th in Iraq for Research Quality. On this landmark occasion, Al-Mustaqbal Renewable Energy Research Center extends its warmest congratulations to the University Presidency, faculty members, researchers, and students. As a research center, we reaffirm our commitment to driving high-impact scientific research, enhancing international collaborations, and developing green energy technologies to further solidify Al-Mustaqbal University’s position among top global institutions.
