As part of its commitment to strengthening practical education and developing students’ technical skills, a number of students from the Department of Cybersecurity Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University have begun implementing their scientific and practical projects at Al-Mustaqbal Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications at Al-Mustaqbal University, with the guidance and support of the Center’s staff. This initiative aims to transform students’ scientific ideas into practical projects that can be further developed and applied. The implementation phase involves working according to specific technical plans, beginning with discussing project ideas and identifying requirements, followed by selecting appropriate technologies and software tools, and proceeding through the stages of design, programming, and testing. The Center’s staff provide scientific and technical guidance to help students address potential challenges throughout the development process. In a remarkable academic achievement that adds to Al-Mustaqbal University’s record of scientific success, the University has made its global debut in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2027 (THE WUR 2027), securing a position in the 1201–1400 band worldwide. The ranking includes 2,297 universities from 118 countries and territories. On this occasion, Al-Mustaqbal Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications at Al-Mustaqbal University extends its sincere congratulations on this significant academic achievement, which reflects the University’s continuous progress in higher education and scientific research, as well as its institutional efforts to strengthen its presence and standing within the international academic community. This achievement places Al-Mustaqbal University second among Iraqi universities, following the University of Technology, and first among private universities in Iraq, within the 1201–1400 band globally. This milestone represents an important step forward in the University’s pursuit of academic and research excellence and its engagement with international scientific institutions. Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, emphasized that this achievement is the result of the sustained efforts and fruitful collaboration of the University’s academic, research, and administrative staff.
